Gloria Kerry DDS MS

Dr. Gloria Kerry was one of Ann Arbor’s most respected periodontists and dental educators. Dr. Gloria completed her Bachelor's Degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery, and Master's of Periodontics at the University of Michigan. She was a Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan where she taught for fifteen years in the Department of Periodontics. Dr. Gloria received the prestigious Award for Clinical Research from the American Academy of Periodontology, for a five-year study evaluating the clinical results of surgical and non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease. She also received the Alumni Achievement Award in Science from the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity. She was elected to fellowship in the American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists. She was the past president of the Washtenaw District Dental Society, the R.W. Bunting Periodontal Study Club, and the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr. Gloria was a past board member of the Rotary Club of Ann Arbor. Of her five children, her two oldest daughters continue to run the practice. Dentistry was her passion but she also loved gardening, travel and tennis.
